TracerMarker saves time by not having to remake parts due to miss-drilled holes.

TracerMarker saves time at install, skip the plastic templates, go straight to copying the hole pattern.

TracerMarker saves time at system upgrade with difficult hard to access areas in airframe mod and installations.

TracerMarker saves time by not having to remove nutplates to back drill parts at assembly or repair.

TracerMarker Hole Finders make copying hole patterns for aircraft sheet metal repairs faster than ever before, without the use of a template.
  • The TracerMarker is an adhesive backed plug that contains an internal feature that accurately locates and center punches hole locations for parts that require hole patterns to be duplicated.
  • The TracerMarker greatly reduces costly mistakes by decreasing the potential for mislocating hole-patterns in expensive replacement components by eliminating the use of templates..
  • The TracerMarker replaces the current process of making extremely time consuming plastic templates, or numerous other tedious processes of tracing hole patterns to be duplicated.
  • The TracerMarker lends itself to thousands of possible applications that will prove itself as a valuable asset to any manufacturing, overhaul and repair of aircraft, automotive, industrial and commercial applications.
  • The TracerMarker will show it's savings in time and dollars quickly as it reduces aircraft down time.

         HOLE PATTERN TO BE COPIED
CUT THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF
TRACERMARKERS FROM STRIP FOR
THE NUMBER OF HOLES TO BE COPIED.

BEND ONE CORNER BACK TO
MAKE REMOVING PROTECTIVE
BACKING EASIER TO REMOVE.

         THE CORRECT SIZE OF TRACERMARKER
SHOULD BE JUST SNUG ENOUGH THAT IT
WOULD NOT FALL OUT OF THE HOLE IF
          TURNED UPSIDE DOWN.

REMOVE PROTECTIVE BACKING FROM
TRACERMARKERS TO EXPOSE ADHESIVE.
IF TRACERMARKERS WILL NOT STAY IN
PLACE, WE RECOMMEND USING THE NEXT
LARGER DIAMETER TRACERMARKER.

POSITION THE NEW PART TO BE
BE DRILLED WITH THE HOLE
PATTERN BEING COPIED.

          WITH NEW PART POSITIONED OVER
          TRACERMARKERS, APPLY HAND
          PRESSURE TO ENSURE NEW PART
          PICKS UP ADHESIVE TO PULL
          TRACERMARKERS OUT OF THE HOLE.

LIFT NEW PART FROM COMPONENT
BEING COPIED. TRACERMARKERS
WILL BE IN THE EXACT LOCATION
COPIED FROM ORIGINAL PATTERN.

USE HAMMER TO INDENT EXACT
CENTERS OF NEW COMPONENT,
UTILIZING THE LOCATING FEATURE
OF THE TRACERMARKER. SMOOTH
JAW PLIERS OR SQUEEZE MAY
ALSO BE USED FOR THIS
OPERATION.

            PEEL TRACERMARKER BACK
             TO VERIFY HOLE CENTER HAS
             BEEN INDENTED INTO THE NEW
             PART BEFORE COMPLETELY
             REMOVING TRACERMARKER.

AFTER VERIFYING HOLE CENTERS
HAVE BEEN INDENTED,
TRACERMARKERS MAY NOW BE
REMOVED AND HOLES CAN BE
DRILLED UP TO SIZE.
